Limitation of liability
The buyer acknowledges that all goods purchased from the seller are not food, animal feed, or in any way intended for human consumption. The Buyer acknowledges that all goods sold by us as ingredients are intended as raw materials for crafts. The Buyer accepts that consumption and preparation for consumption of goods provided by the Seller is a misuse of said goods. Buyer will not hold Seller liable for any consequence, foreseen or unforeseen, nor will Buyer hold Seller liable for any damage or injury arising from the misuse of these goods. The Buyer is responsible for keeping the goods offered by the Seller in a safe place, inaccessible to minors.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
We do not accept any liability for delays/defects resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the company (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from suppliers.
Enquiries to us regarding the consumption of Kratom will not be accepted. If it comes to our attention that someone has consumed or intends to consume Kratom, we will refuse that person’s future purchases from us.
Nordic Speciosa does not provide any medical advice or recommendations regarding the use of our products and accepts no liability for any injury or ill health that may arise from the use of our products without prior consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
We strongly encourage all our customers to read the labels and instructions for use carefully and to follow all guidelines provided.
By purchasing and using products from Nordic Speciosa, you accept these terms and conditions and release Nordic Speciosa from any and all liability that may arise in connection with the improper use of our products.
