Een zelfgemaakte scrub kan helpen de huid te scrubben, dode huidcellen te verwijderen en de huid zacht en gehydrateerd te laten aanvoelen. Hier vind je een stap-voor-stap handleiding voor het maken van een persoonlijke en natuurlijke Kratom scrub.  <\/p>\n<h2>Ingredi\u00ebnten voor je kratomscrub<\/h2>\n<p>Om een effectieve en natuurlijke scrub te maken, heb je een aantal basisingredi\u00ebnten nodig. Dit is wat je nodig hebt om te beginnen: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zoutbasis:<\/strong> 1 dl Epsomzout, 1 dl Himalayazout en 1 dl Dode Zeezout.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kratom poeder:<\/strong> 2-3 dl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordicspeciosa.nl\/shop\/\">kratom poeder<\/a> in de door jou gekozen kleur en vari\u00ebteit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Natriumbicarbonaat<\/strong>: 1 eetlepel zuiveringszout voor een zachte peeling en pH-balans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Draagolie:<\/strong> 0,5-1 dl van je favoriete olie, zoals kokosolie, amandelolie of jojobaolie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Essenti\u00eble oli\u00ebn:<\/strong> 10-20 druppels van je favoriete geur, zoals lavendel, citroen of rozemarijn.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gedroogde bloemen (optioneel):<\/strong> 1-2 el gedroogde bloemen, zoals rozenblaadjes of kamille voor een extra luxe gevoel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Stap-voor-stap handleiding<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Volg deze eenvoudige stappen om je eigen Kratom scrub te maken:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Meng de droge ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Giet het Epsomzout, Himalayazout, Dode Zeezout en zuiveringszout in een grote kom. Voeg dan het Kratom poeder toe en meng grondig zodat alle droge ingredi\u00ebnten gelijkmatig verdeeld zijn. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Voeg de olie toe<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Giet langzaam en al roerend de draagolie van je keuze erbij. Begin met 0,5 dl en pas aan tot de gewenste consistentie. De scrub moet vochtig zijn, maar toch een grove korrel hebben.  <\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. de scrub ruiken<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Voeg nu de door jou gekozen essenti\u00eble oli\u00ebn toe. Druppel er 10-20 druppels in en meng grondig om ervoor te zorgen dat de geur zich gelijkmatig door de scrub verspreidt. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Bewaren en gebruiken<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Doe de scrub in een luchtdichte pot of bak en bewaar deze op een koele, droge plek. Breng de scrub aan op een vochtige huid onder de douche of in bad, masseer met ronddraaiende bewegingen en spoel af met lauwwarm water. Geniet van je zachte en gehydrateerde huid!  <\/p>\n<h2>Extra tips<\/h2>\n<p>Je kunt je Kratom scrub gemakkelijk personaliseren door te experimenteren met verschillende essenti\u00eble oli\u00ebn en gedroogde bloemen.
